Jared's First Day at the Races

Jared went to see the V8 Supercars at th Oran Park with Daddy and Uncle Adam (Mummy picked him up after an hour). He loved being allowed to say, "Boo Holden!" His favourite car? "The yellow one!"

Happy Birthday Grandma!

For Mum's birthday we had dinner at our place - and The Strawberry Mousse Cake (see The Food Blog for more details). Jared and Emmy love parties - they had already been to a 3rd birthday party in the morning and Emmy had a chance to wear her new pettiskirt.

Little Zebra Girl Wiggles!

Emmy is right into The Wiggles at the moment. Jared liked them for a few months then moved on. He is getting sick of Emmy wiggling along to all her favourite songs. She knows how to put her own DVDs and videos on and loves to dance and sing! Poor Jared!

The Train Shed at Luddenham

Jared and Emmy just loved riding on 'Thomas' and 'James' at The Train Shed which claims to be 'the home of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends in Sydney'...we also got to watch a Thomas train set indoors and saw Percy too!! (And no, we didn't get to sit up front because we pushed - we just ended up at the front of the queue for each ride because 'we' (meaning Jared) were very particular about which engine we wanted to ride on each time!)

Emmy loves...

Emmy is 26 months old now! Some of her favourite things are: 'riding' the excercise bike, playing with her little house and pressing 'eject' on the DVD player.

We love our trampoline!

Once Daddy set up the safety net all Jared and Em wanted to do was crawl around the outside of it!!

Pizza with Grandma and Grandpa

Mum and Dad took us out for pizza during the school holidays while Daddy was at work - we went to Panarotti's at Macarthur Square...

Emmy's First Movie: Shrek 3

We had not been brave enough to take Emmy to the movies before now, but since she was so good at Disney on Ice we decided to take her to Shrek 3. She loved it - and so did Jared!!!

My Birthday

Mum made a beautiful chocolate cake for my birthday (she tries a new recipe every year)! Jared and Em loved it - of course!

Calvin's Super Heroes Party

Calvin had a dress up party with a "Hulk Cake" for his 5th birthday...Jared went as Spiderman and Emmy was "Bat Girl" (we made that up!)

Disney on Ice - Finding Nemo

We just loved our first ever Disney on Ice. We went to see Finding Nemo in Wollongong with Grandma, Lizabeth and Aunty Beck and totally loved it - we can't wait for next year!!! Jared and Emmy were very good - especially Emmy - we didn't have to go out once - so we saw the whole thing (a big surprise to me!!)
