Our last Christmas Event...

Tim's Mum's side of the family's Christmas lunch was on New Year's Eve - I think we'd taken so many photos that everyone forgot about the cameras!

We chose one of the hottest days of the year to visit Featherdale Wildlife Park...the big

favourites for Jared and Em were the koalas, turtles and pigs!! Emmy tried to pat every single kangaroo in the park and they both enjoyed tormenting the poor chooks...

Boxing Day - Cooper Extended Family Christmas

This year Tim's extended family get-together (on his Dad's side) was at his Uncle Kevin's place in Kentlyn...the kids had lots of fun on the swings, picking vegetables, blowing bubbles, bushwalking and, of course, playing cricket!

Christmas Dinner

For Christmas dinner we went to Nanna and Pop's place at Douglas Park...Nanna always does a hot roast dinner (including one of their gesse this year) and plum pudding...

Christmas Lunch

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Radford's for Christmas lunch...Grandma always makes cheesecake and pavlova...Uncle Hebert rode down from the Gold Coast on his Harley (why don't Tim's bikes ever have comfy seats like that??)...and we loved Grandma's extremely tasty Gingerbread House and Ernest Hillier chocolate treats box...

Christmas Morning

Jared was too tired to wake up on Christmas morning - we got up and dressed then woke the kids at 7.15am...they were very excited!! We went to church at St. Thomas' Anglican, Narellan...

Christmas Eve Traditions

After we cut the Gingerbread House we went for a little look at the Christmas lights in the street next to ours, let the kids open one present each, read The Nativity and hung their Christmas stockings...Jared was too excited to sleep - he kept saying, "It's too hard to sleep" - and was awake until 11.55pm!!!!

We decorated our Gingerbread House in blue and silver (to match the tree) this year - but I think there was a bit too much blue...

Christmas is nearly here!!

Jared and Em can't wait for Christmas - we can hardly keep them away from the tree!!

New Swings at Nanna and Pop's Place

Jared and Emmy loved the new swings at Nanna and Pop's place - we had a great time at Aunty Leigh and Sapphira's combined birthday party...

Pop Go The Wiggles

Just before Christmas we took the kids into the Sydney Entertainment Centre to see The Wiggles in their Pop Go The Wiggles show...Emmy especially loved it!

Christmas Lights

Although Tim is not a fan of Christmas lights he did come with us to The Cascades to check them out...maybe we'll put ours up next year???
