Emmy's Party - Part 2

Emmy had a great time at her party - when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her she beamed around at them all - not a bit shy at all - she enjoyed eating little shapes cut out of cheese slices!

Emmy's 1st Birthday Party!

Emmy had a great time at her first party - we had a ladybeetle theme - because Emmy's favourite place to be is underneath her ladybeetle mobile (usually grabbing the poor ladybeetles tightly)...Mummy made Emmy a white chocolate mudcake with strawberry buttercream and pale green rolled fondant icing covered with red fondant hearts and a ladybeetle cupcake...Emmy did not eat a single bite. She has decided that she does not like cake...

Little birthday cupcakes with Grandma...

During the afternoon of Emmy's first birthday, Grandma and Grandpa came over with little cupcakes and presents for Emmy. Although she tried them, Emmy would not eat the cakes - she spat the crumbs out and made a big mess - but she did love her new lounge and cushion!

We loved thew meer cats - we call Emmy a meer cat - because she is often up looking around to see what she can see - just like a meer cat! While we were at the meer cat enclsure she tried to climb on top of her pram. The tiger was very busy pacing - he kept coming over to us as he prowled around in circles...
